About

Katie is an interdisciplinary storyteller based in New York City, working primarily across audio and digital media to tell impactful stories.

Projects she's produced have been featured in The New York Times, NPR, and have been spotlighted as an Apple Podcasts Best of 2021, a 2022 Webby Honoree, a 2023 Anthem Award winner, The Atlantic's #3 Best Podcast of 2023, and the 2023 winner of Best Longform Storytelling by the Northern California Society of Professional Journalists 

Katie has worked with and for a wide range of institutions, from fine art museums such as The Guggenheim Museum and The Whitney Museum of American Art, to non-profits such as World Wildlife Fund, National Geographic, and within San Francisco's Juvenile Justice System, to help tell stories that matter.

A video work that attempts to reframe the taboo of menstruation by distilling the beauty of blood moving through water.
